We climb to the summit of Pedraforca from the pretty tiny village of Gósol. The path will lead us through pine forests and scree, passing below the imposing limestone walls, to the Enforcadura. We’ll scramble up to the top of of Pedraforca, at 2,506 m. and we will enjoy breathtaking views of the Serra del Cadí, El Verd, the Port del Comte, Ensija and the Eastern Pyrenees.
The characteristic silhouette of Pedraforca, an emblematic mountain of Catalan hiking, has made it a source of legends and a objective for mountaineers and climbers. Pedraforca is located in the Cadí Moixeró Natural Park, in El Berguedà.
